Roasted Delicata Squash

- 2 Medium Delicata Squash
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp red pepper
- 1-2 Tbsp parmsan cheese
- sea salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 425
Rinse and scrub the outside of each squash, dry thoroughly.
Cut the ends off each squash, slice in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds.
Slice each half into 1/2 inch thick crescents.
Arrange on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with remaining ingredients and season with fresh cracked sea salt and pepper.
Roast for 25-30 minutes, turning every 5-10 minutes so that each side gets brown and crispy.
