Brush with a thin layer of olive oil and then top with thin shallot slices. Sprinkle on 1-2 tablespoons of fresh parmesan and then an even blanket of sprouts. Next layer on the lemon slices and then the fresh Burrata. Slice the Burrata into thin strips and spread them evenly onto pizza. Finally, tear off individual Rosemary needles and Tarragon leaves. Place the whole leaves throughout the pizza.
